Seller/Vendor Information:
Vendor set up will begin at 7am with swap opening at 10am. Drop off of tables/trailers Friday Night starting at 4pm.
ALL INDOOR SPACES are in dirt floor barns/stables. Please plan accordingly. Open food is not recommended indoors. We will be placing dust suppression down the day prior. But take consideration for possible dropped items etc.
PLEASE LOOK carefully at the online registration form and select the correct space(s) based on your needs. Inside spots will be in barn 1 and barn 2. Spots do not come with tables or chairs and electric is extra. Tables can be rented for an extra fee. Electric is available with at extra charge and limited to standard 15amps. Spots are first paid first assigned. Location will be assigned by electric usage, size and special requests last.
Food Trucks we have 3 designated sites with electric and water and one designated site with electric only. (water available within walking distance). 30amps max and you must arrive with the correct plug configuration or additional trucks can set up with generators or use campsite plug a small pace away from the main selling area. Again first paid first assigned spot. We will not be wiring in larger amp needs.
Outside spaces, bring your own cover, chairs and tables. tables may be rented for extra fee. Electric is extra and limited to availability
Outside Large spot vendors: if you are bringing a trailer to sell from, or displaying an RV, Horse Trailer, Farm Equipment etc your charge will be $40 and should not exceed 20 X40 feet including tow vehicle if left connected. Electric hookups extra and cannot exceed 30amps.
Used trailer/RV sales: spaces available with or without electric. Standard campsites by Barn 3 will be used.
Horses: Horses may be brought but MUST be stalled or under attendance at all times. No tying or picketing of horses while shopping or selling elsewhere. NO exceptions. There will be many non-equine people in attendance and risk to your horse and visitors is not worth it. There will be constant traffic flow.
Attendee Information: For safety please observe gates open at 10am. $2 per car donation so load up your friends and family and come shop till you drop. Your $2 donation can be turned in towards 50/50 tickets.
