Registration is closed

Members interested in helping with weekend event checks should speak with a board member for training.  

Final Event Counts Check List

  • Count all stalls that are in use or show signs of use.
  • Count all camping sites
  • Compare totals from previous day and take higher of the amounts.
  • Prepare stall cleaner sheet. (don't include tack stalls unless they are definitely gone and left needing cleaned.)
  • Check restrooms to ensure paper products are stocked and soap is full
  • Empty bathroom trash if necessary 
  • Meet with who manager to request their completed event sheet.  
    • Ensure that their amounts are the same or higher (if they have less, show them where stalls are used and explain counts of electric sites)
    • If using shavings count the amount in trailer and check the amount on the clipboard from pre event check.  Use difference but alert show manager that a second will check will be done following day.
    • Send signed sheet to treasure for billing to show manager.
