Members interested in helping with weekend event checks should speak with a board member for training.

- Count all stalls that are in use or show signs of use.
- Count all camping sites
- Compare totals from previous day and take higher of the amounts.
- Prepare stall cleaner sheet. (don't include tack stalls unless they are definitely gone and left needing cleaned.)
- Check restrooms to ensure paper products are stocked and soap is full
- Empty bathroom trash if necessary
- Meet with who manager to request their completed event sheet.

- Ensure that their amounts are the same or higher (if they have less, show them where stalls are used and explain counts of electric sites)
- If using shavings count the amount in trailer and check the amount on the clipboard from pre event check. Use difference but alert show manager that a second will check will be done following day.
- Send signed sheet to treasure for billing to show manager.
